Contact me for details and arrangements. Here is just a part of their witness: Monday, June 22, 2009 Psalm 40 (Amplified Bible) 3 And He has put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many shall see and fear (revere and worship) and put their trust and confident reliance in the Lord. 3 More and more people are seeing this: they enter the mystery, abandoning themselves to YHVH (Message Bible) For me, this scripture describes the beginning of this New Song that The Lord has given me to sing. By hearing a song and responding in my heart to The Lord, I was saved 33 years ago. Eight years ago (8 is the number of new beginnings) The Lord began to work something new in our lives that we did not at all understand, and to walk it out was only possible as we stepped out “in faith,” and put our trust and confident reliance in The Lord “Alone”. Now, eight years later, we are witnesses ourselves, and observers of this same “walk of faith” being recognized and entered into by multitudes of others. There is a saying in Hebrew that says “all new beginnings are difficult.” So, as you “enter this mystery,” you will need to know and understand from the start that there is only one thing that will keep you continuing on this “Highway to Zion” (Ps 84:4 & 5 NAS)... Abandoning yourself to The LORD, The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Let’s start with looking at Abraham’s life. The scripture describes him as The Father of our Faith, so it makes sense that if we are embarking on a walk of faith, that we might see ourselves walking in his footsteps. Abraham was given the name Hebrew. (Gen 14:13) The meaning is “one who has crossed over.” How did He “cross over”? He heard and obeyed what The Lord spoke to Him! 1 Now the LORD said to Abram, "Go forth from your country, And from your relatives And from your father's house, To the land which I will show you; (Gen 12:1-5) Now, you might think that when you hear God’s call and obey that you will experience great joy and delight. Well, that’s not true. When Jesus said “Let us “Cross Over” to the other side”, they were plunged into the biggest storm they had ever known. (Luke 8:22-25)

I will digress here for a moment in order to paraphrase a little, so I can hopefully apply it to our own lives 1.) Go Forth from your country where you were born (maybe even where you were born again), Leave what you know, what is familiar….. 2.) And from your relatives, perhaps brothers and sisters in The Lord 3.) And from your father’s house, from what you were taught in the house of your father. (perhaps this could include your church) …And go forth to the land which I will show you. Later the book of Hebrews records that Abraham went out not knowing where He was going. (Heb 11:8) Now, for our lives personally, this happened one Sunday morning in the midst of a service in our church, where we felt as if we were spectators of what was happening, and we sensed within us that “we did not belong” here anymore. What ??? So, I began to seek the Lord in my quiet time and to inquire of Him. Ps 27:1 A Psalm of David. The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? 2 When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. {came...: Hebrew = approached against me} 3 Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident. 4 One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple. {the beauty: or, the delight} 5 For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock. (Remember our Rock is Christ Jesus or in Hebrew, Messiah Yeshua). So, my inquiry of The Lord at that time went like this: Lord, are you REALLY saying to us that you are calling us out of everything that we have ever known to be you??? Now, we know from the Scripture that if we ask, we receive, and if we seek, we find, and if we knock it shall be opened to us. So, I asked, and I felt nearly immediately that The Lord answered with from His Word. 2 Co 6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, says the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, 18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty. So, it was with this “word” that we began our journey on this “Highway of Holiness.” Is. 35:8 and a highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called “The Way of Holiness,” the unclean shall not pass over it; but is shall be for the redeemed: the wayfaring… men, yea fools, shall not err therein. 9 No lion shall be there, nor shall any ravenous beast go up thereon; they shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk there:10 and the ransomed of the LORD shall return, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads: they shall obtain gladness and joy, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away. Remember to be “HOLY” means to be SEPERATED, Dedicated, Set Apart!! Now, I will circle back with the ending of the Scripture that I started with. Ps.40:4 Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) is the man who makes the Lord his refuge and trust, and turns not to the proud or to followers of false gods. 5 Many, O Lord my God, are the wonderful works which You have done, and Your thoughts toward us; no one can compare with You! If I should declare and speak of them, they are too many to be numbered. 6 Sacrifice and offering You do not desire, nor have You delight in them; You have given me the capacity to hear and obey [Your law, a more valuable service than] burnt offerings and sin offerings [which] You do not require. 7 Then said I, Behold, I come; in the volume of the book it is written of me; 8 I delight to do Your will, O my God; yes, Your law is within my heart. So, my dear sister or brother, I exhort you to continue on the path that He has placed you on, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, knowing that there are many, many, many on this path ahead of you who hopefully can be an encouragement to you, and to say to you as Paul the Apostle spoke of in his letter. Follow me, as I Follow Messiah. You will be Blessed, as the Scripture says: Ps 84:5 Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee; In whose heart are the highways to Zion.
