בעיית מעקב דואר רשום לארה"ב נמשכת

כבר יותר מ 10 ימים שהבעיה קיימת ולא ניתן לעקוב אחר דואר רשום לארה"ב. נראה לי מוזר שאומרים שזאת בעיה מחשבית של ה USPS והם עדיין לא הצליחו לסדר אותה.
אני מבקש מכל מי שיכול ורוצה לעזור , לעלות את הבעיה בכל מקום אפשרי. אתמול כתבתי לתוכנית "הכל כלול " של ערוץ 10 ועדיין לא קיבלתי תשובה מהם.
יש כאן בעיה רצינית שלדעתי תשפיע אל אלפיי מוכרים בישראל. וחייבים לעלות את הבעיה כלפיי מעלה .
דואר ישראל לא יעזור לנו כאן ולא נראה לי שיש לו אינטרס לעזור לנו להבין מה קורה פה.
תעשו כל מה שאפשר על מנת לקבל תשובה הגיונית מכל גורם שהוא ,מה לעזאזל קורה פה?

אודה עם תשלחו את המכתב הנ"ל לאטסי

מצורף מכתב שמוכר באטסי הציע שנשלח לאטסי, אי ביי, אמזון וכדומה. על מנת לנסות ולפתור את הבעיה של המעקב אחר דואר רשום לארה"ב.

I am an Etsy seller from Israel. We are not sure if you are aware of the current problem of not being able to track inbound International parcels on USPS.com.

On November 17, 2014, tracking for our orders to USA customers was "retired" as a service from USPS.com. Once the orders leave Israel, USPS will no longer pick up the tracking once it arrives in the USA.

Many of us in Israel ,are very concerned, because we can no longer verify delivery of our orders through usps.com.

Since November 17, 2014, the only message we are now seeing is "USPS Tracking™ is unavailable for this product for Israel"
&nbsp
As of this writing, USPS has not made a public announcement and we are receiving many different answers from USPS general customer support and are unsure how to proceed.
&nbsp
We are concerned that even after orders are received by our American customers, we can not verify the Delivery except through USPS Technical Support at 1-800-344-7779, which is only available to USA residents.

We are concerned that this may increase the number of fraudulent claims of INR (Item Not Received) and be unfairly punished by having to issue refunds, receive negative feedback and lose additional customers for a problem or lack of service that is out of our control.

Because USPS has not publicly confirmed this service has been removed, we have no other proof but links to online posts in various seller forums or to scroll through posts @USPShelp on Twitter to see the many responses from USPS employees verifying tracking will no longer be available for inbound international parcels. This is true even for registered mail.

Please ask your teams to investigate this problem and perhaps verify with USPS our claims in this letter.

USPS החזירו את שרות המעקב אחרי דבר דואר רשום שנשלח לארה"ב.

האם באמת נפתרה בעיית המעקב אחרי דואר רשום באמצעות USPS?

לאחר יותר משבוע שלא ניתן היה לקבל מידע על דואר רשום ע"י USPS,
החל המעקב מחדש ב- 25.11.14. מאז ועד היום USPS לא מדווח על מצב חבילה ששלחתי
ב- 19.11.14 .
האם גם אתם ניתקלתם באותה בעיה?

אבל אני שולחת באקו פוסט אז אולי שונה
