Hi Miki, The first thing that you will need is to secure work visas for you and your husband. Without a legal right to work or live in the US it will be pointless to move. Based on what you describe to me your husband should apply for an E1 visa. That visa will allow him to set up hos own business in the US and you as his wife could get a work permit and could work as a teacher. The E1 is a visa that is based on a treaty that exists between the US and israel, if he is serious about setting up a business that can work.
