Iris, I have been following your works and I think your anatomy ans overall skill improved a lot, this last one is very good, I like the composition and the tone... I think the textures need a lot of improvement though, I would even say that this is probably your weakest point right now. I dont know what is your rendering software here, but regardless of software, research more about sub surface scattering and material separation, map creation... you will see how your work takes the next step
