הגירה לקנדה

שלום לכל הישראלים בחו"ל ובעיקר לאלו הנמצאים בקנדה. שמי רון ואני תוכניתן בן 23 שמתגורר כרגע במרכז הארץ. מאז היותי בן 13 רציתי לצאת מהארץ הזו ובזמן האחרון התחושה הזו רק מתעצמת ומתחזקת. כבר נכנסתי לעובי הקורה ובדקתי על נושא ההגירה לקנדה - הגעתי גם למסקנה שללא תואר זה לא ילך, דבר שידחה את המעבר שלי לכעוד 8 שנים (ארבע שנות לימוד ועוד ארבע שנות נסיון שלאחר התואר). כרגע אני מועסק בתחום ההייטק, ואני גאה להגיד שאני מנוסה בתחום התכנות בשש השנים האחרונות (בוגר ממר"מ, הצבה ביחידת מודיעין, וכרגע חברת הייטק גדולה בארץ). אם מישהו או מישהי יכול לתת לי טיפים, לעזור או לתרום לי בדרך זו או אחרת על מנת שאוכל להשלים את המטרה, אני אשמח עד מאוד. תודה, רון

אם לימודים אז למה לא בקנדה??

כיוצא ממר"מ/צבא תוכל לממש את מענק הלימודים, אם אני לא טועה. א. כבר בזמן הלימודים תוכל להתחיל את תהליך ההגירה. ב. עם קצת מזל תוכל לעבוד באוני´. ג. כבר תהיה בחו"ל ותוכל לוודא אם זה באמת מה שרצית וציפית. בהצלחה, TBK

חשבתי על זה, אבל...

א. העלות היא משמעותית יותר גבוהה מהעלות בארץ (פי כמה וכמה) - אבל זה פחות קריטי כי כסף זו לא הבעיה. ב. איך אוכל להתחיל את תהליך ההגירה בזמן הלימודים אם (על פי שיטת הנקודות) אני צריך להשלים לימודים מלאים בתוספת שנות נסיון? ג. צודק לחלוטין...

Do you have any certificates?

Even if it´s from the army saying that you learn such and such. If so , you can add you army service as a work experience plus your diploma´s or/and certificates, maybe that will give more point. this about it..

Well

I do have my army certificate (Mamram) but according to a Canadian lawyer I spoke to, it is not enough due to the fact that the course was only six months (Although we studied from 8AM to 10PM). I have about five years of experience (four in the army and one more in Amdocs Israel) but again, it is not enough. I would love to submit my CV in order for all of you to see it and evaluate my abilities.

there is a fine line

in the form that you fill. for example - I learn in "college" I took a course for 6 month and I wrote that I have a diploma from a college. you see, college , sometimes refers as university, so they don´t really now. you know what I mean...?

If you come on a student visa

you do not have to do all the immigration process in the first place right now. Then, if you have Canadian education, as a graduate of a Canadian university you can get both jobs & immigration far more easy then if you graduate in Israel. At the moment the computers field is not that good, but it may change dramatically in few years. The best program in the field in Canada is the University of Waterloo (ranking third in the world in comparable tests),only it is VERY hard for Canadians to be accepted. BUT foreign students is a different story, TRY CONTACTING THEM, tell them of your experience & knowledge, I think you have a goos chance to be accepted as foregn student Behatzlacha

מישהו יודע במקרה מחירים של לימודים?

באוניברסיטאות באזור טורנוטו, לתואר שני במנהל עסקים? (בערך, סדרי גודל). האם מותר לסטודנט לעבוד? יש מקומות בהם מותר רק משרה חלקית. האם גם בקנדה? כמה שעות?
