הכנס הבינלאומי לרפואת ספורט מתקיים

השבוע בתל אביב. בימים רביעי וחמישי במלון דיויד אינטרקונטיננטל. הרבה הרצאות מעניינות של רופאים מחו"ל ומישראל. הרבה הרצאות מעניינות של פיזיותרפיסטים. באים? עמי ? כדאי לך מזג אויר נפלא.

as much as I would LOVE to be there I doubt it will happen maybe if there is something in the May - June 2004 time slot.... who knows? by the way, would this be considered as part of CEU requirements thanks a ton Ami

Wishful thinking ?

Unfortunately there are no CEU requirements here ,although some of us are trying to change it. We would like conferences to count because they are important. We would also like lecturers in conference to get extra CEU points. 3 reasons : when working on a presentation you spend many hours learning the subject. This should be counted some how. When you make a presentation, at a conference, you teach your peers with out getting paid. This should count. Third reason: maybe this will get more PTs to submit abstracts to conferences. It’s good for all of us so this should count as well. Well, we have high hopes but a lot of hard work to do if we want to achieve it.

I agree thet people who teach a subject should recieve CEU's for it, problem may arise with ethics of getting paid and obtaining CEU's. Maybe as well as wanting therapists to broaden their aspects... I dont know all the details anyway, I hope to get to visit soon VERY HOMESICK
