Shalom banot! I haven't been on the Forum for a few days and what discussions! My son and his wife have been visiting from the States - they leave tonight, and I've spent every possible moment with them. A quick post note to the great Merutz Gilad that I was in last Shabbat - I was sore for two days - but what a privilege and pleasure!! I walked along with a rock and roll shuffle! For the first time in 9 months, my body hurt because of USE and not because of things not in my control. A real milestone in my ongoing recovery! Have a good evening. Susie

../images/Emo140.gif

Every time I cheer on someone else, I GET so much energy in return. It's a fabulous feeling!! Thanks for the encouragement and support. Sometimes, now that I'm allowed to do more, the effort is so great, that I find myself in tears. There is such a huge gap between where I want to be and where I am, it's so frustrating. But even I am always aware of the great progess I've made and will continue to make. Training isn't easy. Getting stronger, for all of us, isn't easy. It takes the ability to (another Women's Tri motto) CAN WANT and DARE to go further, to do something new, to challenge ourselves. We are on that path together, no matter where we start, no matter what our goals. A hug, Susie
