The biggest problem that I see here
is that Nitzan says he's doing it to improve the service for the residences. Well,kill me,but I can't seem to understand it will help me when the people there don't do nothing anyway,uniformed or not. If Nitzan really wants to better the service the residences get,he should try make his city workers work for a change,and not 45 minutes later then they could have,not dress them in cute little uniforms.
