באפי הייתה מאוד אמריקאית, חוץ מהיותה אחת הסדרות הכי גאוניות שאי פעם נוצרו, כלומר, גם בצד החיובי זה יותר בכיוון של "אמריקאי טוב" מאשר "בריטי עם קצת אמריקאי מעורבב פנימה".
