If you had an infection in that breast, there are high sodium contents for a while, or even if you didn´t breastfeed from that side for a few days. Smaller babies won´t notice the difference, but older kids will tell you. ask him if it is salty? It is called weaning milk...if it is not removed from the breast for a while, it tastes different!!​
