לא מופיע באתר CIC
שלום רב, אני ואחותי הגשנו את הבקשות שלנו במסלול SW באותו היום בנובמבר 2006 (כל אחד הגיש בקשה נפרדת). כחודש לאחר מכן הסטאטוס של הבקשה שלי באתר CIC התעדכן ל-In Process. עד יום זה, אחותי עדיין לא מופיעה כלל באתר CIC. האתר טוען כי הוא לא מכיר את מספר התיק שלה. לפני כמה חודשים היא ביקרה בשגרירות ושאלה לגבי זה והם טענו כי הם כן מכירים אותה אך באופן אקראי בקשות מסויימות מקודמות לפני אחרות ולכן היא עדיין לא מופיעה באתר. ההודעה שנותן אתר של CIC לגביה היא: We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons: * Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again. * This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not yet begun processing it. The following link may help you determine if your application is being processed: Application Processing Times * At this time, you may use this on-line service to view the status of your application ONLY if you have: o sponsored a member of the family class; o applied for permanent residence from within or outside Canada; o applied for a permanent resident card (initial, replacement or renewal); o applied for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship); o applied for Canadian citizenship for a person adopted by a Canadian citizen (after February 14, 1977); o applied for a citizenship certificate (proof of Canadian citizenship); o applied to register and retain Canadian citizenship; o applied to renounce Canadian citizenship; or o applied to resume Canadian citizenship. האפשרות השניה אכן אומרת שיתכן שהם קיבלו את הבקשה אך עדיין לא החלו לעבד אותה. מכיוון שעברו 20 חודשים מאז הבקשה, נשמע לי תמוה קצת שהיא עדיין לא מופיעה ושהם לא מכירים אותה. האם זו תופעה נורמלית או שיתכן ויש בעיה ? תודה
