How turns work
From my experience with the turns system i believe it works as follow: Once you login, the time is being reset and 30 minutes after login you will get the next turn. If you are already logged in, after 30 minutes you can do multiple refreshes of the page (3-4 times) and you will get your turn eventually. Eran says that he will improve the turns mechanism soon.
