איך עדיף להתחיל להתאמן? 3 ימים בשבוע ברווח של יום ריצות ספירנטים וכל השאר. והימים ביניהם כוח ידיים בטן.. אם יש המלצות טענות או אפילו לעזור לי להכין תוכנית אימונים אני אשמח. תודה לכל העונים.
