מבוקשת יועצת הנקה באיזור המרכז שעוש

שלום לכן, אני מניקה מזה כעשרה ימים, למרות שבתי עלתה 600 גרם בתקופה הזו, שזה נחשב לא רע בכלל יש לי לא מעט בעיות. אחרי 3 ימי גודש היסטריופצעים בפטמות, עברתי להזתמש בפטמת סיליקון שהצליה אותי (גם בילד הראשון), אני מחכה שהפצעים יגלידו ואז אסיר אותה, אולם החל לי מין כאב בתוך השד, ונדמה לי שמתחילה שם דלקת. הייתי שמחה להזמין הביתה יועצת הנקה,שתנחה אותי, כי אולי משהו אני עושה לא טוב, למרות הנסיון של שנת הנקה מוצלחת עם הילדה הגדולה, שנגמלה רק לפני 9 חודשים... בקיצור - הצילו!!!

Sore nipples is a result of poor latch. We especially see this in experienced moms. We try to breastfeed the new baby the same position that we used in teh older baby, and it just does not work. Look at the pictures of position and latch in the gallery. Try the Chloe Fisher hold. Usually, fixing the latch will ease the pain. If you are using silicone shields, make sure that the baby is latching onto more than the tip of the silicone. See picture. Use a small shield, and not the ones that look like sombreros!! The reason that you are feeling pain in the breast is that using a silicone shield may prevent the baby from draining the breast properly. This could cause a plugged duct, and eventually a decreased milk supply. As for a yoetset hanaka, Doris is the expert in sore nipples: 03 7394537. Please let me know what happens!!​

תודה אסתר, אבל עכשיו אני קצת נלחצת

תודה רבה אסתר על תגובתך, הכאב מאוד פחת, אבל עכשיו נלחצתי מכך שאמרת שהחסימה תגרום ליצירת פחות חלב? מה ניתן לעשות? אני אכן מרגישה שיש לי פחות חלב שמתבטא בהרבה פחות גודש, האם לדאוג לשאוב יותר? כדי לרוקן טוב יותר את השד? היום הצלחתי לשוב ולהניק ללא הסיליקון, אך אני רואה שהקטנה מתקשה בהכנסת חלק גדול מהעטרה לפה ומתמקדת בפטמה, אני לא מצליחה להכניס לה יותר מזה וגם נראה לי שהעטרה שלי מאוד גדולה. מה לעשות? אודה לתגובתך

don´t panic!!

YOu can always increase your milk supply by breastfeeding more or pumping after the feeds if you are still using the silicone. I didn´t mean to worry, you , but I have to tell you the truth, right? Milk that remains in the breast because the baby is not removing it can cause you to produce less milk. A silicone shield may not allow the baby to remove as much milk from the breast as he should.​
