ABOUT THE POSITION
Support Production environment 24/6 [Sunday 23:00 – Friday 23:00]
Working in shifts: 7:00-15:00 / 15:00-23:00 / 23:00-07:00
At least 2 morning/noon shifts + one night shift per week – Can be relevant for students
Troubleshoot Network issues (Routers, Switches)
Troubleshoot Servers
Troubleshoot in-house software
Installation of new servers (Windows & Linux)
Maintain and manage production equipment (Servers, switches etc)
REQUIREMENTS
Experience with Linux .
Experience in networking, understanding TCP/IP, DNS.
Experience in configuring Cisco switches and Cisco routers - Basic Level
Minimum 2 years of experience as System Administrator
Ability to Troubleshoot network problems - Advantage
Ability to document and write procedures
Excellent English
Great people skills, ability to work independently and services orientation
