their is a tool in cs2 to remove red eyeits under the healing brush (circled in red) i personaly dont like it because it isnt very accurate and doesnt do a very good job
i found that selecting the red area with the marquee tool then select in adjustment hue and saturation at the top select reds then pull the saturation and lightness sliders all the way to the left i find this to be the easyest and with the best results but in photoshop there is never one way of doing things find what suits u the best enjoy
