IT Helpdesk
Support end users (administration team & developers)
Installation of new servers and Desktop (Windows & Linux)
Troubleshoot users\desktops issues (software and hardware)
Responsibility for users HW\software as Printers, Phone and Emails
Responsibility for Helpdesk ticketing system
Excellent ability to solve users problems
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year experience as Sysadmin/Helpdesk
Great people skills, ability to work independently, services orientation
Understanding of networking, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP servers
Experience with Windows\Linux systems (installation and maintenance)
Experience with office HW as printers and IP Phones
Experience in Active Directory
Basic experience in networking and wiring
Experience in office 2013/365
Previous experience of working as Helpdesk
Ability to document and write procedures
Advantage: Experience in Exchange
Advantage: Experience with virtual environments
Excellent English
