ניסיון מקצועי - הגירה על בסיס מקצועי

שלום לכולם, השאלה שלי היא בקשר להגירה על בסיס מקצועי, השאלה היא: במידה ואני עובד בעבודה במקצוע שלי עוד לפני שסיימתי את התואר, (במקרה שלי כמהנדס) האם היא תחשב לי כעבודה כמהנדס (אפילו שעדיין אין לי תואר) לצורך חישוב מספר שנות נסיון ??? נ.ב. העבודה במשרה מלאה. תודה

כן, כל ניסיון בתחום מקצועי או אקדמי

יוכר בלי קשר לשאת רכישת ההשכלה. אם בצעת מטלות של מהנדס גם אם לא היה לך תואר, הניסיון יוכר אם מכתב המעסיק ינוסח בצורה טובה.

That is not correct

Especially in the engineering field There is no way that engineers Job can be done without proper Credentials and be considered as valid experience I had the same problem (working with my Father in his Civil engineering practice ) and been told explicitly that the experience will not be considered as viable because at the time of work I was not a Registered Engineer it is the same as Medicine , you cannot claim experience as a Doctor when without actually being one

For immigration purposes

If you are immigrating as a Engineer your Diploma will go through a specialized evaluation for immigration purposes by the Canadian Council of Professional Engineers(CCPE) The evaluation body evaluate your experience and diploma for immigration and will approve your Degree and experience to the CIC and assess your ability to register and work in Canada you cannot claim experience as an Engineer when you do not have credentials to back it the same as you cannot claim experience as a Doctor when you do not have credientals to back it neither for immigration purposes or for any purpose for that matter The law is extremely clear about using or declaring such experiences even tough it is being done for the purpose of submitting papers for immigration

מיקי, שים לב שכתבתי לגבי מכתב המעסיק

"אם ינוסח בצורה טובה". הרי לא ייתכן שמעסיק יכתוב לעובד שהועסק כ "מהנדס" בטרם נרשם בפנקס המהנדסים, כי הרי זו עבירה על החוק. אבל יש אין סוף מטלות שיכול לעשות במשרד מהנדסים, עובד שאינו מהנדס, ושהמטלות האלה נמצאות ב NOC שיכול להיספר בוותק לצורך הוכחת 4 שנות ניסיון בתהליך של SW. לא ב NOC של מהנדס אלא ב NOC אחר. מטלות בתחום תיאום פרוייקטים, או שירטוט, או בניית מודלים או אפילו מזכירות. אם משרד המהנדסים ייתן לו מכתב שהוא עבד שם בתפקיד פקידותי של תיאום פרוייקטים, או טיפול בהפקת העתקי שמש, או קביעת לוח פגישות של המהנדסים האחרים, הוא יקבל את כל הנקודות של האימיגריישן על ניסיון בעבודה ב NOC של "מזכירה" למרות שזה היה במשרד מהנדסים. הרי הוא לא שטף רצפה שם, ולכן אני מניח בוודאות של 99% שהשנים שהוא עבד שם יוכלו להחשב לניסיון לצורך PR . הכל תלוי באופן הניסוח של מכתב המעסיק ו הנוק שעליו הוא יבקש את הניקוד להגירה. אין צורך לקשר בין ה NOC להגירה לוותק מקצועי לצרכים אחרים.

There is no Arguments here

I agree with that but this is not what he asked He explicitly asked about claiming professional experience as an Engineer while he was not licensed to practice engineering He cannot claim Engineering experience for work done even if he did work and performed Engineering tasks without a valid registration number with regards of other work that he has done there is not argument there he can claim any work done in a profession that does not require licensing as long as he has the proof of that experience

Small correction

He does not have to register with the Registrar to work as an Engineer it is enough for him to have a valid Engineering degree from a recognized faculty in order to claim the experience
