We are part of Asurion, a leading mobile service company. Our team develops applications that serve customers around the world - from San Francisco to London, Tokyo and Melbourne.
We are currently on the search for an IT guy/gal to join our team.
What you'll be doing?
• Own all internal day-to-day IT issues (tech-savvy employees)
• Take care of systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery
• Write scripts to automate and monitor services and processes
• Help with other tasks as needed
You're the right applicant if...
• You know IT
• You're experienced with cloud services (azure advantage)
• You know how to use advanced scripts to make your IT life more automatic (powershell advantage)
• You love fixing digital malfunctions and you're the go-to-guy for everyone around you
• You are fluent in English
• You have strong communication skills with a keen sense of service
• You're comfortable working in a fast paced environment
