שאלה לגבי ויזה עיסקית

הגעתי לארה"ב לפני שנתיים,הקמתי חברה לפני שנה וחצי והיא פועלת בארה"ב בלבד ללא שום סניף בישראל. כל התקופה הזאת הייתי חוקי תחת ויזת A2 שאני זכאי בתוקף עבודת בת זוגתי, ברצוני לדעת האם אני יכול להגיש בקשה לסוג ויזה עיסקית או כלשהי מעצם קיום החברה בארה"ב?

Kirirl, You might be eligible for a visa called E1 based on a treaty trader agreement that is established between the US and Israel. You have to be careful not to conduct business in the US without a valid work visa. That means that you'll have to prepare the E1 visa application and apply for it from Israel.
