נניח שאני מקים חברה ורושם אותה בארה"ב. האם אני יכול לבקש (ולקבל...) גרין קארד על סמך היותי בעלים והמנהל של החברה? אני לא מדבר על פיקציה אלא על פעילות עסקית אמיתית. ומה צריך להיות היקף העסקים כדי להצדיק את הסידור הזה?
If you start your own business in the US, you have to make sure that you meet the corret visa requirements. You might qualify for an E1 visa as an Israeli, or an L1 if you are setting up a branch of a foreign company. You may read my articel on E1 in this forum for more info. The L1 visa will lead you to a green card eventually. Alternatively, you can go for the green card directly as an immigrant investor, ubder the EB5 program.
