It is definately possible to obtain work permit for employees from Israel based on their nationality and the skill required. It will depend on how the ownership of this company is structured in the US to determine if you can bring them here on an E1 visa. Alternatively if you have a branchin Israel, you could consider L1B visas for some of the employees, it's necessary to look at the individuals situation to determine what is appropriate. Jacob​
