Hmmmm.... yeah.... I had to read that part a couple of times, but I think I got the general gist of it. Organ = Bloody Stupid Johnson creation. Bathroom = Bloody Stupid Johnson creation. Librarian playing "neat" composition just as Ridcully pushes "neat" button.... hmmmm. I'll leave the rest up to your imagination, but remember that the bathroom served quite well as an echo chamber when Ridcully was singing. Imagine what the Librarian's organ stylings would to do Ridcully's... well... organs.
