זה קורה שוב כל יום שבת יש לנו בעיות הפעם הבעיות הם בכאבים בפטמות כשאישתי מניקה יש לה כאבים כמו מכונת תפירה בפיטמות מימה זה יכול לנבוע הילדה בת חמישה שבועות תודה.

אנחנו גרים ליד רמלה

אישתי ראתה מדריכת הנקה בשבוע השלישי להולדת הבת, עקב כאבים, מאז זה הסתדר קצת, אבל אח"כ היתה בעיה של בלבול פטמות, ורק לפני כמה ימים ההנקה הסתדרה מחדש, ואז הכאב חזר ולאט לאט הפך לבלתי נסבל. הכאב הוא גם בזמן ההנקה וגם לאחריה. בזמן ההנקה היא מרגישה דקירות בפטמה, כמו סיכה שדוקרת שוב ושוב, ואחרי ההנקה הפטמות ורודות (בהיר) מאד, ושורפות. גם כשיוצא חלב בין ההנקות שורף לה. לתינוקת אין שכבה לבנה על הלשון, ונראה לנו שהיא יונקת כמו שצריך- תופסת את רוב הפטמה, למרות שהיא לא מתאמצת כ"כ לפתוח את הפה- וצריך לחכות הרבה עד שהיא עושה זאת. הלשון נראית במקום הנכון גם כן. מה דעתך?
