OK... that´s how it is Smoking pot in England is NOT legal If a policeman catches you with any kind of soft drugs in your possession, then he or she can charge you with the possession of an illegal substance. The legal outcome of this affair depends on the circumstances and the amount seized. Having said that ... Recently a Cannabis Coffee Shop, owned by a lebanese immigrant, opened in London I believe the sell of cannabis is tolerated by the local police and although they legally have the right to raid the place, they don´t! Customers are being warned by the owner not to smoke outside the shop and consume their Joints inside.. or at home So... Cannabis is illegal and if you happen to be caught ... you can expect to pay the price I still think that you Guys should come here anyway for a Tea Party with the Queen ... hehe

Well... he had the guts to try it.. and got away with it - so far Basically the guy took a ride on the recent "tolerance" wave that seem to sweep england The police is being urged to concentrate on Pushers, Suppliers of hard drugs and the Piranhas of the narcotic world, instead of ambushing the small pry - the stoned once-a-week user who gets high just by holding the Join in his hand And anyway, Yoavi, prostitution is illegal too! yet it is the oldest profession in the world, we have a full government to prove it
