פעם ראשונה שלי כאן ואני בטוח שכבר שמעתם את השאלה הזאת המון פעמים אבל אודה לכם אם תענו לי אני בן 24 מעוניין לחיות בארה"ב ואין לי מושג מאיפה מתחילים, נכנסים בתור תייר? מבקשים ויזה? יש בכלל סיכוי להגר חוקית לארה"ב? תודה לכל העונים

להכנס על ויזת תייר משמעו עבירה על החוק הפדראלי והסתבכות עם רשויות ההגירה. כנ"ל עבודה בלתי חוקית. כמה דרכים למעוניינים להגר לארה"ב: 1. משפחה - אם יש לך הורה, ילד או אח בעל אזרחות 2. עבודה - אם תמצא מעסיק שיהיה מוכן להיות ספונסר לויזה (מצריך תואר ראשון) 3. לימודים - להתקבל ולהירשם ללימודים במוסד אקדמאי שיכול להנפיק ויזת סטודנט.

"First Degree"

As much as I know the immigration law does NOT require a degree when you are being sponsered by an employer. The education requirement states that you will need an exuivalent for a university degree - 4 years For example a provision of the law state that each 3 years of work experience is equivalent to 1 year of university so theoretically with 12 years of related work experience you "pass" the degree requirement.
