Could you please tell me which ministry/office to contact regarding the recovery of uncalimed financial property (bank accounts, refunds, investments etc.) which have been transferred to the State as a result of inability to locate the owner? Thanks you Y. EIsenberg Ramat Beit Shemesh

Hello, The Ministry of Justice's Department of the Public Trustee and the Official Receiver is appointed by law to manage neglected assets. It is this department's mission to recover these assets, to manage it with or without a court order and to pass it over to its lawful owners. Generally speaking, this department deals with 3 kinds of assets: real estate, chattels and financial issues.
