EITHER A FILTER OR CHANGE THE WATER OFTEN

I KEEP MINE WITHOUT A FILTER AS FOR FOOD-MEALWORMS WILL DO FINE FOR YOUNGSTERS ADULT FROGS DO NICELY ON A DIET OF CRICKETS+SUPERWORMS+AN OCCASSIONAL BABY MOUSE ONCE IN A WHILE THEY DETECT PREY BY MOVEMENT AND ALSO LOOK FOR FOOD BY TURNING THE GRAVEL AT THE BOTTOM OF THE HOLDING TANK WITH THEIR FRONT LEGS ALL THE BEST AND BY THE WAY-WE WILL CHERISH PICTURES OF INTERESTING REPTILES IF YOU ATTEND REPTILE SHOWS

Thanks...

so filter is ok right? is 5 gallon talk is enough for 2 frogs? right now they are pretty small I bought them a plastic cave so they could hide but actualy they are very active and they swimming all over the tank and they almost never hiding is that a good sign or a sigh of stress ? I feed them with frozen blood worms and some HBH frog bites that I bought at the pet store Thanks

TURN OFF THE FILTER WHILE FEEDING

FOR AT LEAST ONE HOUR OR THE FOOD WILL BE SUCKED INTO THE FILTER I FEED MINE WITH LIVE FOOD ITEMS SO I CAN NOT GIVE YOU TIPS ABOUT FROZEN AND COMMRCIAL FOOD ITEMS THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE ACTIVE ALL THE TIME - BUT THEY TEND TO BE PRETTY ACTIVE - ESPECIALLY IF HUNGRY AND SEARCHING FOR FOOD THE CAVE IS A CUTE TOUCH THAT BRINGS MUCH DELIGHT TO THE MANUFACTURING COMPANY BUT HAS SMALL REAL VALUE FOR THE TOADS - YOU MAY USE PLANTS TO PROVIDE SHELTER ADD VEGETATION - REAL OR PLASTIC - I USE PLASTIC BECAUSE THEY TEND TO DESTROY LIVE PLANTS WHILE DIGGING BEST OF LUCK
