Thanks for the reply Rachel! So you're going through the Toronto shaliach by phone and mail? What about email? How did you start your file? Have they been fairly quick, or have there been delays? When are you planning the move? I'm currently in Israel on a tourist visa, but I'm going back to Winnipeg in April. On my own

I'll be moving on my own, since I'm 23, and the rest of my family isn't interested in Aliyah at this point. I'm not really in a huge rush to have everything done. Aliyah from Western Canada

Hi, Has anyone made Aliyah, or is in the process of making Aliyah from Western Canada? I'm from Winnipeg, and I know that we don't have our own Shaliach. Is there a Shaliach for Westeran Canada as a whole? If so, do they come to your city for meetings, or does everything get done long-distance? If anyone has any stoies, advice, or anything that might help me, I would love to hear. Thanks! ~~ Jennie
