In an issued aliyah visa what is the difference between "hamlatzat...chok hashvut 4a and "tikun chok hashvut 4b"? Toda!

4B - is for someone who's mother at least is jewish and he is Jewish. 4A is for someone that can either be maaried to a jew or a son or daughter of a jew or a grandson of a jew - three generatios - they can come here by a different section on the Law of return that is simply numbered 4A Here is a link to the law of return
