an oleh with a MASSIVE headache

I came to israel on a birthright tour, unfortunatly all my aliyah paperwork got screwed up in NY and Im stuck here not in an absorption center but a hostel and this is not a very nice place, I have a feeling all the aliyah people are either on vacation or simply dont like to do their job and prefer to slepe instead. If anyone has any REAL advice I'd love to hear it, here are the basics, Im a New Yorker stuck here and cant get a flight back for another 2-3 weeks, stuck in a hostel and cant get into a kibbutz either, if anyone knows of nay openings in any kibbutz Im all ears for that as well. lets see if this forum falls on deaf ears or not.
