army grant, how to get it over seas???

hi, I've been living in Melbourne for the last 5 years, coming here after finishing my army service. its been 5 years and i should be able to get my grant cash now but living in Australia i have no idea how to go about it... does anyone have a clue what i need to do??? thanx
