He offers kids through the ``chat`` to get them free staff like software and clothing. they supply him with ID cards and addresses of their friends and he uses them with forged credit cards to make orders of diffrent merchandise like palms and staff like that. If you ever chatted with the ``unexplained`` and you have any information about him, please e mail me. I am one of his victims. I believe he is a young Israeli from the Tel Aviv area.
