I tried to get some answers from the common knowledge and experience of the community members. Beside of that, if somebody built Forum he should stand behind it support and gives an “expert answer”. If you’ll check the records you’ll find that my question is not the only one that left unanswered. An alive forum should present much more activity from the management, at least at its first steps.

Can an ex-Israeli be an Olea

Can an ex-Israeli, that give up his Israeli citizenship 10 years ago, return to Israel be an Olea and get back his Israeli citizenship.

I do want to believe

that at the Jewish Agency for Israel somebody is working real hard and has no time to answer the questions at this Forum, otherwise why to open one if you are not going to respond.

Hi Roy This is a situation that requires a professional care. You could, after a thorough examination get a status of "Oleh Bashenit". That, under certain circumstances may entitle you to certain rights. Go to the Aliyah Shaliach, he/ she will give you a special form that will be sent to Israel and after you are checked the rest of the procedure via the Israeli consulate.
