Charity Employment

Hi, I made aliya almost two years ago and until now have been working as a waitress to improve my Hebrew which is now at a good conversational level. However I want to return to administrative charity work which is where my experience lies. It's proving hard to find the jobs out there. Does anyone have any ideas??? Any tips will be very gratefully received! Thanks
