But I completely understand why he took the job. The guy has been the offensive coordinator on two Super Bowl championship teams and he can't get a job interview. He has made Tom Brady into one of the best quarterbacks in the league, and all without the benefit of a Terrell Owens, a Torry Holt or a Marvin Harrison. He didn't have a big power running back until this year when the Patriots signed Corey Dillon, and he doesn't have any huge, game changing offensive linemen
