different yogas
hello all!
I wanter to ask what you think about the practice of different yogas one after another.. I am now doing ashanta yoga but have the feeling that maybe hata yoga aould be better for me becuase of the idea of compleation (ha-ta) and so on.. the question is if that makes a difference.. can I teach my body "wrong" or get it used to this method and later switch to another one? Im already in a middle of the course and its good any way but I think the next one I will do should be another one.. when I change methods, am I a beginner again? (Im a biginner anyway)
