Difficulties?

Hi , I am 19 years old and am currently studying to get my undergraduate degree in Broadcast News. I am planning on making aliya when I graduate (in three years) but I want to make sure I can plan it all out as well as I can before hand. Every one here seemed to have relevant things to say- so my question is what were the main obstacles that came up when you moved that you didnt really forsee?
