I just got a letter to send my passport to the embassy in Tel-Aviv to get the PR How should I send it by express mail? I know there are 2 ways using Express Mail The most expensive one cost around 90$ and guarantees 3 days delivery However, did anybody ever sent their passports by mail to the embassy in Tel-Aviv? I'm not sure because it's a P.O. Box that they accept the express mail? Thanks, Josh
