Financial Aid for an Olah

A girl I know, 20 years old from Herzelya who made Allyah on her own, is having a lot of financial difficulties as her parents in the states have gone into various problems (financialy and health-related). She's studying at the IDC (www.idc.ac.il) which is covered only partially by the state as far as i understand. Does anyone know of any Funds/Organizations/Scholarships to which she approach for help? thank you. avi
