shalom everybody I want to ask if one new immigrant makes aliyah to israel, after 2 months he leaves and doesn't come back for 6 months, Is this problem for him's israeli citizenship or olim rights?

Israel with your foreign passport. it will affect some of your rights and some, like SAl Klita - it won't but you will have to notify them when you leave the country and when you get back, on condition that you will return during the first year. At the other ministry offices - please get advice from your Shaliach (if abroad) or information center or your misrad Haklita representative.
