Giving it serious consideration

My wife and I are seriously considering aliyah. I am 47 and like most my age I am somewhat concerned with finding employment. We are in good shape financially, but I would need to work at least part-time. Most of my experience is in military intelligence, I currently hold a position in counter-terrorism. I am quite good with languages. Presently I am working on my Hebrew, but need immersion to become good at it. I am willing to be quite flexible in what I do. I am also a wildlife artist, perhaps I can join the art community in Tzfat. We also ran a small chicken, eggs and poultry farm for some years. I suppose we are just looking for some encouragement - aliyah is a big step. I have run across some fairly new, environmentally-friendly technology which would fit well in Israel to save energy and create jobs, but I don't have the capital to get them off the ground or who to talk to. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. Dave

Hi

Teaching english is a GREAT pt time job in Israel. You can do it from home, and charge from 60 to 90 shekels per hour.(reasonably)
