this is Hila speaking, and here`s what`s making news
גארי הצליח סופסוף להיכנס לכושר- this is the AFTER pic הנה הכתבה המלאה---> GARY Barlow was making the most of his last days off before the start of the eagerly-awaited Take That reunion tour - with a trip to the theatre. Gary was back in Manchester with his children, Daniel, five, and three-year-old Emily, to watch spectacular musical Chitty Chitty Bang Bang - and it gave him chance to have a rest from his hectic show rehearsals with fellow band-mates Mark Owen, Jason Orange and Howard Donald. The first date on their comeback tour is less than a month away, and he tells me that, from today, training really goes up a gear. Advertisement your story continues below "It's fantastic to be here, because this is the last two days I've got off now before the tour," he said. "I've not seen the kids for about three weeks before this weekend, because it's been really heavy on rehearsals. "We're doing 12 hours a day training at the moment, but it was never this long back then, when we did our other tours. This is far harder than any of the other shows. We're too old now; we need the extra training!" Swing of it Gary, 35, admits he found training hard going to start with, but says he's now back into the swing of it. And when I caught up with him at The Palace Theatre, he was looking tanned and toned and says he has been steadily losing weight while rehearsing energetic dance routines for the show. "I think the other three are fitter than they've ever been," he said. "Jason and Howard are doing moves this time that I've never seen them done before - they're unbelievable! "I have been finding it hard but I'm all right now. It's always hard to start with, but now I know it I feel a bit better about it. And I've lost a bit of weight since rehearsals - not enough, but a bit." Tour He says he and the lads are looking forward to the Manchester dates of the tour - where the band famously started out - and, in particular, the City Of Manchester Stadium dates, as it will be the first time they've ever played a UK stadium. While he's keeping quiet about the finer details of the tour, he will say it's not to be missed. "I've said to all my friends is this: whatever you're expecting, you are going to be blown away. "I'm not revealing anything - you'll have to wait and see. My mum keeps asking me, but I'm not even telling her."

LOL זה יהיה מעניין../images/Emo6.gif../images/Emo6.gif
