Happy Mother's Day
קיבלתי באימייל HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to all the mothers out there.... especially all of those who managed to get their kids to take 20 supplements this morning but forgot their vitamins, bathed their kids last night but didn't get to shave their own legs, got everyone to sleep at a decent time but couldn't crawl into bed until 1am themselves, stayed up planning for end of the year IEP meetings, writing their Congressmen, or reading books about endocrine systems and what the heck methylation is..... Once a year we want to remind you that as much as you have to take care around your home you have to take care of yourselves. If we don't put the oxygen masks on ourselves, we cannot put it on our kids. If you have not scheduled a mammogram or gynecologist visit in the past year and need one, you need to do that. If you need a physical schedule it. Have you been to a dentist in the last five years? Might want to schedule that too. Get them in before the kids come home for the summer. Take your vitamins and do a little bit of exercise! Your health is just as important to the well-being of your child. Have a HAPPY MOTHER's DAY!!!!!!
