Hello....
Hi,im not sure if this is the right place to ask this question but ill give it a shot. my question is this: I was born in 1988 in Russia and in 1991 my family did an Haliya. When we left the Soviet Union our citizenship was cancelled. I would like to trek in the world, and as a backpacker I have to enter many countries which Israeli citizens have to ask for visas. There are countries that have special agreements with other countries that their citizens get a visa automatically the moment they enter the country. To the point, how can I get back my Russian citizenship?! I heard once that if you pay a sum of money you get back your citizenship, is it correct??
