What is the size of your apartment. Does it have amenities like swimming pool, fitness centre, convenience stores, laundry service etc. Is there a maintenance charge? 85 mr (possible to build 250 mr) dont have a swimming pool atc' the tax is about 5% in the max and the municipal is less than 80$ for month
