Urgent I am a Ole Jadash and an employee I must travel to my country because my father has a heart ailment and will be operated on in my country .My father need me to take care of him. To I can get my pitzuim I need the document physician of my father to will send me a letter which specifies the state of my father who needs my care. The exact question is whether this document that I am asked to be signed by the Ministries in my country's foreign relacionesz and if it must also be signed by the Embassy of Israel in my country?
