pardon me for my bad english i thought that maybe you would know the answer to my question do you know any program to visit israel as a tourist for some1 who is 27 years old never visited in Israel and doesnt know any hebrew? (a group of young people,... something like BirthRigh)

Birthright usually doesn't accept people over 26... If going for free isn't a priority -- have them check out some links: www.jewishadventures.com www.loveintelaviv.com This company puts together amazing trips and has a really dedicated and helpful staff. I went with Birthright through Oranim (this agency.) It's worth a try to see if your friend can still go even though he's 27... Good Luck!
