what exactly are u looking for?
u cant find the IP of any1 in the internet... the IPS of a certain chat members are stores on the chat server ...and u need to access it inorder to get the IP... if the chat is IRC based..u can find the IRC server connect to it and then use regular IRC commands... if it is ICQ/Odigo... there are programs/cracks to help u find but I do belive ICQ has partialyl protected this data... I MIGHT BE WRONG about that...never really tried to nuke or something like that... welp...state ur prob and I will try to help with a solution..
