idea
i say... no alliances in the first 10 . the 10 can attack any state in the first 50 like the rules say and if they will not make an alliance and will still help each other so we will use the UN to make them weaker! i agree for a world war against the first 10 even if i am not there yet, and even if i was there i would have been very happy to saw my skills againt / with
